Sola offers Pre-Orders to give you access to previous collections and exclusive pieces made on-demand. This ensures you can secure styles you love, even after a drop has passed.
Step-by-Step Pre-Order Instructions for Cash On Delivery:
1. Select Your Items
Browse, choose your size and style, and add to cart. All pre-orderable items are clearly marked to the right of your screen.
2. Navigate to the "Pre Order Now!" Button
Click on the Pre Order tab in the main menu to view all available pieces from previous collections.
3. Pay a 50% Deposit (Cash On Delivery Option)
Once your order is placed, a Sola team member will contact you and visit to collect 50% of the total amount in cash. This deposit confirms your pre-order and begins production.
4. Processing & Shipping Timeline
Orders typically take 2–8 weeks to fulfill, depending on production time and shipping access to your location.
5. Final Payment Upon Dispatch
Once your order is complete and ready to ship, we’ll notify you. At that point, you’ll be asked to pay the remaining 50% balance before your order goes out for delivery.
